These terms apply to the HEGFIN Academy website and course enquiries. Final admission terms, fees, schedules and policies are confirmed in writing for the relevant batch.

We aim to keep course information accurate, but modules, tools, trainers, schedules, delivery modes and fees may change as the programme is updated. Confirm current details with the admissions team before making a payment or commitment.
Admissions and participation
- Admission may depend on eligibility, seat availability and payment.
- Students must provide accurate contact and enrolment information.
- Attendance, assessments and conduct requirements may apply.
- Online access, recordings or materials must not be shared without permission.
- Any doubts, questions or issues during a class must be cleared with the trainer before leaving that class. Complaints raised later about matters that could have been addressed in class will not be accepted.
Career and learning outcomes
HEGFIN provides career-focused education and practical skill development. Completion of a programme does not guarantee a job, salary, promotion, professional licence or business result. Outcomes depend on the learner’s participation, ability, eligibility and market conditions.
Intellectual property
Course materials, recordings, assessments, branding and website content belong to HEGFIN Academy or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, resold, republished or distributed without written permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit unlawful material or use HEGFIN content in a misleading way.
